November 09th 1989 – the whole world looks at the capital city of Germany, Berlin. Thousands of people are going to break down the wall, which separates Germany for three decades. To celebrate the 30th anniversary of this special day, adidas brings a very limited reversible jacket straight to our solebox Berlin store.
In celebration of culture, diversity and creativity adidas‘ latest project ‘BREAKING WALLS‘ brings love and the spirit of ‘89 back to our streets. You can choose from an orange or black look on this limited reversible jacket. The item features endless details like the W/E stitching at the sleeves or the names of Berlins former divided streets on the black side, which get together while zipping it up.
Cultural and social relevant protagonists tell their own inspiring story and how they break down their personal and cultural walls. Sido, Trettmann, Bibiana Steinhaus, Wana Limar, David Mallon & Michael Fritz are going to tell their story and how the transformative ideas from ‘89 can influence young people and strengthen the thought that everything is possible.
