Last Saturday we celebrated the comeback of New Balance’s iconic silhouette 990 at our solebox Store Berlin as one of 15 retailers worldwide.
With its super exclusive stock of 1500 pairs worldwide distributed via 15 well selected retailers only (solebox being the only German one!), we couldn’t resist gathering our solebox community for a launch event at our solebox store Berlin.
A couple of days prior to the event, you could already spot various tiny container to trigger the release scattered all over Berlin. The container were just in the same style as the big one that was arranged in front of our solebox store Berlin. After buying the voucher inside of our store, NB heads could grab their pair in the container while passing some historical background of the evolution of the 990. A DJ playing some nice and chilled tunes and some free drinks accompanied the community get-together.
As this exclusive 990 release was in such an enormously high demand with people camping for it a couple of days before already, we couldn’t cover you all with this legend, but still hope you spent some nice hours with us!
