The futuristic Air Max Deluxe is set to drop in a two-pack of clean and simple colorways: a black and a white. Tracing back to its early inspirational roots, we shot an editorial in Prague catching some atmospheric urban vibes while creating the proper technical atmosphere around these two upcoming iterations.
Raves were very popular at the turn of the millennium when the Air Max Deluxe appeared on the scene. Thus, the shoe took its inspiration from sound waves and the frenetic energy of a techno rave.
Now, almost two decades after the original release, Nike is bringing back a monochrome double pack of the newly launched Air Max Deluxe coming to solebox on September 15th.
Both pairs are characterized through an monochromatic look with grey detailing on the upper and a bold plastic midfoot cage. The white pair features a bright white heel while the black pair shines with a pearlescent look, which fades from bronze to black depending on the light irradiation. A monochromatic midsole and Air bubble do accomplish the look of both models.
After this summer has seen a bunch of colourful Deluxe iterations, now, just in time to the current change in weather, we see this next Deluxe drop to perfectly fit into your fall rotation combined with a technical clothing.
The two colorways will arrive at solebox on 15th of September online and instore at all solebox stores. Available from US 5-12 retailing at 180€ each.
