OG and new generations come together to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Air Force 1. This time, we joined forces with two personalities from the German rap scene, Stickle and Skrt Cobain, representing the unity and creativity that have built the reputation of what the silhouette represents today in the culture.
Austrian DJ and producer based in Berlin – Stickle – has been around shaping the culture in the music and rap scene for over 20 years. During his broad career he has earned his reputation by working with renown German Hip Hop artists such as Bushido, Casper or Kalim. He has always tried to work with young artists and never closed his ears to the new and crisp sound. Recently, he worked with Apache 207, Pashanim and Yung Hurn, among others.
When it comes to music and any kind of art, there is always room for new ideas, creativity and self-expression. Thanks to all his experience, he is able to introduce new artists to the scene under his wing like Skrt Cobain, because sometimes all we need is someone that pushes us further, someone that teaches, someone to listen and look up to.
The Air Force 1 has served as a blank canvas to a whole generation, and now it’s turn for the younger ones to feel inspired by it on a daily basis.
