This era of visual identity leading up to the significant and iconic overhaul of the corporate design by graphic design pioneer Otl Aicher in the early 1960s is commonly referred to as the “Parabelphase”. The design is characterized by the use of the parabola in bold, cool yellow on navy blue with the delicate crane logo applied in different arrangements. In combination with the lettering, the free-flying crane always faces left.
The capsule collection features three different graphics on t-shirts and hoodies. All apparel pieces are branded with the solebox x Lufthansa on the chest, referencing the airline’s classic lettering. The collaboration also features a range of branded accessories, including a sleep mask, neck pillow, toiletry bag, passport cover, power bank and slippers.
The solebox x Lufthansa collection is now available via solebox.com. The collection will also be available from June 1st via Lufthansa Worldshop at Frankfurt Airport and Berlin Brandenburg Airport.
