Last week we celebrated the opening of a new exhibition in the gallery at solebox Vienna: ‘Sneaker Eulogy’ by Australian artist Eric Ng.
The series of detailed paintings is a tribute to Eric’s sneaker collection, which he started documenting after deciding to downsize.
A great crowd turned out for the opening, viewing the artwork while discussing their favorite silhouettes.
All 24 limited edition prints of the solebox x Eric Ng artwork, which were handed out to the first visitors, were gone within minutes.
DJ Franchise delivered his familiar upbeat sound from behind the decks, turning the gallery space into a dancefloor and keeping the energy going until closing.
We would like to thank everyone who came out to see the exhibition and contributed to a memorable evening, as well as Red Bull and Vöslauer for providing the drinks.
