The new WMNS Nike Dunk Low ‚Light Bone‘ is launching instore at all solebox locations on September 20th. You have the chance to enter our instore-raffle below until 10am CET, September 19th. To enter the raffle* you have to follow our Instagram account @solebox.
All winners will be contacted via mail. If you win, you can pick up your shoes in the previously selected store. Please make sure to bring your ID. Multiple entries will get cancelled.
Conditions of participation for the raffle of a purchase opportunity
Organizer
Solebrothers GmbH, Schanzenstraße 41, 51063 Cologne (hereinafter referred to as „SOLEBOX“) is organizing a prize draw for a purchase opportunity.
Event
The object of the event is the raffle of a purchase opportunity for the product ‚WMNS Nike Dunk Low ‚Light Bone“. The purchase itself will only take place in the respective solebox stores.
Conditions of participation
Participants must be at least 18 years old, follow the Instagram account „solebox“ continuously from the time of registration until the prize draw and leave the following details in the registration form.
General conditions of participation
The prize draw is a purchase opportunity only. It does not constitute a contract of sale, a preliminary contract, or a binding offer in any form.
If the Promoter learns before or after the draw, but in any event before the purchase, that an entrant intends to resell the ‚WMNS Nike Dunk Low ‚Light Bone“ immediately and unworn upon receipt (so-called „resell“), the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the purchase opportunity.
If the entrant uses unfair technical or electronic means to achieve the draw of a purchase opportunity, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the purchase opportunity.
If the entrant makes any negative comments about the Promoter or ‚WMNS Nike Dunk Low ‚Light Bone“ between the start of registration and the granting of the purchase opportunity or during the purchase opportunity, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the purchase opportunity.
The procedure of the competition
On September 20th, a number of winners will be selected from all registered participants by means of a programme. The winners will be notified by email that they have received the opportunity to purchase.
Other
The prize draw does not give rise to any claims against the organizer. The legal process is excluded.
