For the launch of the latest Nike x Carhartt WIP collection end of December, we gave six local Viennese street artists the opportunity to interpret the collection through their individual art approach and further exhibit their artwork in our store. Following our mission „from the streets, for the streets“ we however aimed to give our activation a more sustainable meaning by subsequently auctioning the art works and donating the proceeds to homeless adults in mutual cooperation with Caritas Vienna.
We are more than proud to announce a collected sum of 1.600 € by all auctioneers, which we then could increase to a total donation of 2.500€. Our solebox Vienna team forwarded all proceeds to our cooperation partner Caritas Vienna to support homeless teenagers finding a place to sleep.
Thanks to everyone who supported this project, all bidder, all buyer and especially our highly talented artists @paul.busk, @sskirl, @kyros_kyros, @amoakoboafo and @fatis_gram who put all their efforts in helping us to bring this project to life. You guys are precious! Keep on with the good work!
