For many of us the 90’s represent a golden age. From very specific music trends to fashion and even food trends – there are a bunch of things that we directly link to our youth. adidas picked up various topics to set up the most authentic setting to pre-launch its trend-appropriate retro: The chunky, heavily 90’s inspired FALCON.
Like most of you might have noticed in our Instagram story last Friday, adidas invited us to their very special FALCON fairground – an authentic 90’s funpark featuring all the small little details taking us straight back to our youth.
A crazily asked for bumber car, a swing carousel, an oversize huge dinosaur and a whole bunch of other credible details ensured absolute authentic 90’s vibes and so for us the most appropriate setting to shoot the futuristic reworked model.
Following the ‚dad shoe trend‘ the right-on-trend FALCON silhouette sees a chunky sole with a classic mesh construction combined with suede and reflective overlay panels – all highly inspired by adidas‘ 90’s archive and so the perfect fit to kick off summer.
adidas ended this inspiring 90’s adventure with an adequate turn up together with SXTN and Stefflon Don live on stage. It was more than a please to dive back in time in this playground for adults leaving the upcoming FALCON with a real fun and exclusive experience!
The FALCON is dropping online and instore at solebox on June 2nd priced at fair 100,00 €. But sorry boys, it initially arrives in a women’s exclusive size run and color way taking on shades of grey, pink, black and blue!
